Protecting Our Environment

Just IN Time Adventures, LLC is dedicated to providing you with eco-friendly adventures. The steps we take to decrease our impact include:

  • We recycle to the greatest extent possible
  • Digital liability waivers reduce paper waste
  • Use of refillable water bottles are recommended 
  • Fully electronic booking process – no paper forms
  • Frequently pickup trash / litter along trails during our hikes
  • Provide reusable drawstring bags made with recycled plastic bottles
  • Practitioners of Leave No Trace and we teach these principles to our guests
  • We donate a portion of our gross earnings to the parks we visit to help maintain trails and facilities

Full payment is due at the time of booking. Since we do not overbook our tours and specialize in small groups we enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy. You may make changes or cancellations to your reservation up to 48 hours prior to your trip and receive a full refund. Cancellations made inside of 48-hours will not be refunded unless trip protection was purchased.

We ask all guests to arrive promptly at the scheduled tour meet up location and time. Typically, this is in front of Bob’s Steak & Chop House (250 Rep. John Lewis Way S. Nashville, TN) at either 7:15AM (for 7:30AM departures) or 7:45AM (for 8:00AM departures) depending on which tour you have booked. Please refer to each tour’s specific FAQs for meeting and departure times.

 It is your responsibility to arrive on time and we reserve the right to leave at our scheduled departure time (15 minutes after scheduled meet time). There will be no refunds given for guests that are more than 15 minutes late or that do not arrive for their intended tour.

We specialize in small groups and enforce a 48-hour cancellation policy. Cancellations made more than 48 hours prior to tour departure / start time will be issued a full refund.

Purchasing Trip Protection allows you to cancel or reschedule your tour at any time for any reason up to 30 minutes prior to the tour departure / start time. You will be reimbursed for the full amount of each ticket, less the cost of trip protection and processing fees. Please call us directly for tour cancellations.

No shows and late arrivals will not be reimbursed. Trip protection may not be added after checkout.

To ensure a seamless experience, the default selection for our trip protect plan is “Accept.” If you prefer to book without the additional value and benefits of trip protection, kindly adjust this option to “Decline” before submitting your booking form.

Our public tours booked as private follow the same cancellation, lateness & no-show, and trip protection policies as outlined above.

Each tailored tour or trip involves a significant investment of time and resources to meet your specific travel objectives. Consequently, unique deposit requirements and cancellation policies are individually crafted for every customized experience. We understand that unforeseen circumstances may arise, and we strive to balance flexibility with the need to safeguard the intricate planning invested in your personalized journey. For specific details regarding your tour’s deposit requirements and cancellation policy, kindly refer to the terms outlined in your booking confirmation. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to ensuring your travel experience is not only exceptional but also tailored to your preferences.

We reserve the right to cancel for any reason including, but not limited to weather, passenger count, mechanical issues, safety for you, our guests, and our crew. We’ll do our best to reschedule your trip based on availability or you’ll be issued a refund in full. We will contact you via the phone number and/or email address provided in the reservation. We are not responsible if we can not contact you for important information regarding the tour.

Each guest is required to sign a liability waiver before the first charter of your trip.

9.25% sales tax on all tours

6% convenience booking fee for all tours booked online
