Terms and Conditions — Just IN Time Adventures, LLC

Effective Date: July 28, 2025

Please read these Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) carefully before booking any experience with Just IN Time Adventures, LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). These Terms govern your use of our services, bookings, and website content.


1. Booking & Deposit

  • A valid reservation requires a signed booking agreement and 50% non-refundable deposit at time of booking.

  • Final payment of the remaining balance is due 30 days prior to your experience.

  • If travel is within 30 days at the time of booking, full payment is required immediately.

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings if payments are not received by the due date; cancellation does not release you from payment obligations.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 30 days before arrival will lose only the deposit.

  • Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days before the experience will forfeit 75% of the total.

  • Cancellations within 14 days of arrival will forfeit 100%.

  • In the unlikely event the Company cancels (e.g. force majeure), guest options include rescheduling your experience or a full refund of all monies paid.

3. Customizations & Changes

  • Requests to change itinerary or scheduling more than 30 days in advance will incur no fees, but some vendor rescheduling may apply.

  • Changes made within 14–30 days of arrival may require additional fees or vendor penalties.

  • Changes within 7 days are not guaranteed and may require a full-service upgrade price or third-party fees.

4. Included Services

  • Accommodations at the identified hotel (double occupancy basis).

  • Ground transportation, local host services, tickets, venue access, tasting visits, curated dinners, receptions.

  • Host assistance covering logistics, timing, dietary needs, and emergency support during events.

  • Does not include: airfare, international travel, personal insurance, gratuities, optional upgrades or overtime.

5. Guest Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing all accurate personal, health, and travel information required for your experiences.

  • All guests must carry current ID, health insurance coverage, and any necessary permits for venues visited.

  • Guests must respect local laws and vendor policies; violation may result in service termination without refund.

6. Liability & Release

  • We act as a facilitator/organizer of third-party vendors (hotels, venues, transport). We are not liable for errors, delays, or omissions by such providers.

  • Guests agree to release and hold harmless Just IN Time Adventures, LLC from claims for bodily injury, loss, or damage unless caused by our gross negligence.

  • Guests must carry travel insurance to cover cancellations, medical emergencies, or other unforeseen events. We strongly recommend comprehensive insurance.

7. Force Majeure

  • Just IN Time Adventures, LLC is not responsible for failure of performance caused by extraordinary events such as acts of nature, government restrictions, strikes, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

  • In such cases, guests may be offered rescheduling or refund options based on availability and vendor terms.

8. Privacy & Data Use

  • Our use of personal information in connection with bookings is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at: www.justintimeadventuresllc.com/privacy.

  • By booking, guests consent to data use for legitimate travel planning, client communications, and optional marketing unless opted out.

9. Intellectual Property & Use of Media

  • All content on our websites—text, images, logos—are property of Just IN Time Adventures, LLC or used with license. Unauthorized use is prohibited.

  • Photos or videos captured by our hosts during your tour may be used for promotional purposes only if you grant consent at time of booking. Otherwise, your media rights remain private.

10. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

  • These Terms are governed by Tennessee state law, with exclusive venue in Davidson County courts for any litigation.

  • If a dispute arises, both parties agree to attempt mediation first before any legal action.

11. Changes to Terms

  • The Company reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on the website under Terms and Conditions with a revised effective date.

  • Continued booking after the updated date constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.


Agreement Acknowledgment

By booking or participating in one of our experiences, you acknowledge you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions.
