A U.S. Air Force veteran and former corporate leader with over 20 years of executive experience, he infuses each journey with a rare combination of discipline, heart, and vision.
His passion for hospitality began humbly—helping his father, a volunteer fireman, run weekly bingo nights at the local firehouse. From there, Norm worked his way through college as a certified mixologist, perfecting the art of conversation, connection, and guest experience. He’s since traveled and hiked across nearly every U.S. state—including Alaska and Hawaii—and has explored far beyond our borders.
Though widely traveled, the Appalachian region calls him home. For Norm, its misty forests, hidden waterfalls, and grounded sense of serenity offer a kind of magic that never fades.
